Everything was exceptional in every single way. Everyone was kind, caring and compassionate with no exceptions.
I felt I was being listened to.
I was given so much time and felt hurried in no way at all to ask all the things I wanted to ask.
I can't thank everyone enough.

Can't think of anything that needs improvement.
Management of pain has been especially good.
Also the attitude of all staff and volunteers is spot on.
